Return & Refund Policy – Irecycle LLC
At Irecycle LLC, we take pride in offering reliable products and outstanding customer service. If a return is necessary, please review the following terms:
- All returned products must be unopened, in original packaging, and have the factory seal intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee per returned item.
- Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow up to 45 days for the complete return and refund process.
- Please contact us before sending any returns to receive authorization and instructions.
- Refrigerant products must be shipped as hazardous materials, in full compliance with Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR).
- Improperly packaged, labeled, or shipped products will be rejected without exception.
- Non-compliance with 49 CFR may result in civil or criminal penalties.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original shipping date.
- Note: Product brands may vary depending on supply availability. Equivalent or higher-quality substitutes may be provided when necessary.
